This interesting facade in Cypress Gardens near Goose Creek looks like it fits right in with many of the centuries-old church ruins across the Carolina Lowcountry, but it’s less than 15 years old!  Seems colonist Mel Gibson built this 18th Century church in 1998.   More on this artificial ruin to come…
